All Students must have a completed physical form and parent permission form on file in order to try-out for a team. Students will not need a physical prior to trying out for cheerleading.

Varsity Volleyball Spring PracticeVarsity Volleyball Spring Practice will be held May 13th, 14th, 15th, 20th, 21st, and 22nd.

Practice will be held at the Alston Middle School Gym from 4:30 – 6:00 PM.

Students must have a permission sheet signed by a parent, a grade sheet filled out by the student’s teachers, and a physical form completed in order to participate. Forms can be picked up in the front office. The forms can also be downloaded from the Athletics link. Students should be dressed out in athletic clothing and ready to go by 4:30 PM.
